My husband and I intend to pay for our reservations for our upcoming vacation on Ocracoke Island where there are no national chains and where we intend to buy local music and artwork. I'm a progressive but I do understand the need to keep jobs here in the USA and to buy from American owned companies. Everyone please think before you splurge that rebate check I too am concerned about Americans using their tax rebate checks on items not made in the USA. Yes Oreck Vacs are made in USA. for the past year they have been made in Cookeville TN. before that Long Beach, MS.
